1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our website and place an order. By using our website, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Products and Orders

We offer bulk orders of non-woven bags, with various customization options available.

• Product descriptions, images, features, and pricing may change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to reasons including (but not limited to):
  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or typographical errors
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity
  • Non-compliance with export/import regulations

3. Pricing and Payment

Domestic Orders:

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Taxes (such as GST) and domestic shipping charges are extra unless stated otherwise.

Export Orders:

• Prices will be quoted in USD or applicable foreign currency.
• International shipping, duties, and taxes are not included unless specifically mentioned. These may be payable by the importer/customer at the destination.

Payment Terms:

• Full payment is required at the time of order through available payment gateways (UPI, NEFT, credit/debit cards, wire transfers, etc.).
• We reserve the right to cancel orders or revise pricing in case of errors, with prior notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Domestic Orders:

• Shipped across India to serviceable PIN codes.
• Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and logistics partners.

Export Orders:

• Shipped internationally via trusted logistics partners or freight forwarders.
• Delivery timelines vary based on destination country and customs clearance processes.
• All duties, tariffs, and customs charges are the responsibility of the importer/customer.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier/shipping service.

5. Returns and Cancellations

• As our products are custom-made in bulk, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of:
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Errors on our part
• In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (domestic or international) for resolution.
• Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement to be eligible for a full refund. After that, cancellations may not be possible, especially for custom orders already in production.

6. Customization

• All designs/artwork for custom printing must be submitted in high-resolution format (cdr, .eps, .png, etc.).
• We are not responsible for errors or quality issues in customer-submitted artwork.
• We reserve the right to reject any designs that:
  • Are offensive or inappropriate
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Do not meet our production standards

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product designs, and branding, is the property of Tarkeshwar Arts or its content suppliers and is protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the respective order.

• For Domestic Orders: These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
• For Export Orders: These Terms are governed by Indian export laws, and any legal issues shall also be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
